50% effort equals zero results

If you can’t admit your weaknesses then you are unlikely to succeed in business, and to some extent most things in life.

So I am going to stand up and confess that my weakness is lack of focus.

You probably know someone like me, moving from one idea to another, constantly thinkng of new creative ways to make money online. This may sound like a good quality, and in some ways it is, but this method cannot work unless you can focus that energy.

If you are going to start a company then you really need to focus, and the best way to do this is to choose one idea and focus solely on that for six months. This is the minimum time period I would suggest.

Once you have had one major success you will have the funds to hire staff, and from there you can attempt multiple ideas at once.

Having ideas is a great thing, but without focus they will never amount to anything. So starting from today pick one idea and focus on it.

Remember: 50% effort equals zero results
